What a booking gets you
Verified guests, secure payment, and a manager on call. Every stay, no exceptions.
All stays book on Airbnb, so payment, guest verification and guest support run through Airbnb. The manager behind it is Maribel, Airbnb Superhost: 12 years hosting, 431 reviews at a 4.94 average, 100% response rate.
-
Verified guests
Every stay is a booked Airbnb stay, so the guest arrives with an identity and a payment record behind them. Nothing about who is staying is agreed over a message thread.
-
Secure payment
You pay on Airbnb, before you travel, not on arrival. The reservation, the dates and the payment record stay in one place you can come back to, and the stay is documented rather than remembered.
-
A manager on call, not a lockbox
Maribel, Airbnb Superhost: 12 years hosting, 431 reviews at a 4.94 average, 100% response rate. Co-host Philip. A real local team, and a person rather than a code when something comes up mid stay.
-
One page with everything on it
The Airbnb listing is where the 150 Airbnb reviews live, with every photo, the 52 amenities listed on Airbnb and the live calendar. A rate for your exact dates exists nowhere else, which is why the booking happens there and not here.

Before you book
The questions that come up before a booking, answered before you pay.
4.99 out of 5 across 150 Airbnb reviews answers whether the condo is what it says. These six answer the rest of what gets asked, and the long form is on the FAQ.
How much will it cost?
Rates are dynamic and set on Airbnb, typically in the $300s per night, changing with season and demand, with a 3-night minimum. The rate for your exact dates is only on the Airbnb calendar, and that is the number you would pay.
Is there parking?
Yes: one free assigned space on premises. It is narrow, so compact cars fit easiest, and it is included in the stay rather than charged for.
Can I arrive late?
Check-in runs 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in person, per building protocol. The window closes on time, so check it against your flight before you book rather than after you land.
What happens during a power or water outage?
The building has no backup power or water tank yet, and Puerto Rico's grid has interruptions. Ocean Park Beach is no exception.
What is being explored is a cistern, currently under discussion with the condo board under Puerto Rico's Ley 129-2020, which classifies water tanks as a necessary common element. That is a discussion, not an installed tank, and it is not a promise.
Know it before you pay, not after. The full power and water answer is on the FAQ.
What do I need in order to book?
A photo ID from the principal guest. Priority goes to guests with a strong Airbnb review history.
Can I bring a pet, or smoke?
No pets, no smoking. Both are house rules on the listing, and both apply to every stay.
The booking
Check your dates on Airbnb, where the calendar is live.
The Airbnb calendar is the only place a rate for your dates exists. Rates there are typically in the $300s per night and move with season and demand, 3-night minimum applies, and every stay books on that page. Nothing is held back here.
